I've built r3pro to create quality products that you'll love. I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason something isn't quite right, I'm here to make it as easy as possible to get it sorted.
What You Can Return:
- 30-Day Window: You've got 30 days from when your r3pro gear arrives to decide if it's a perfect fit.
- Like-New Condition: Just make sure the items are unused and ready to be resold.
- Final Sale Items: A quick heads-up – items marked "Final Sale" can't be returned.
How to Make a Return:
- Get in Touch: Drop me an email at info@r3pro.co.uk. I'll personally guide you through the return process.
- Return Details: I'll send you the return address and any specific instructions you'll need.
- Shipping It Back: You'll handle the return shipping. To keep things safe, a tracking number is always a good idea.
- Packing It Up: Pack the items carefully so they arrive in good shape.
- Checking and Refunding: Once I get your return, I'll give it a quick check. If everything's in order, I'll process your refund back to your original payment method.
- No Restocking Fees – Ever: I don't believe in those!
About Refunds:
- I'll aim to get your refund processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
- You'll get an email from me when it's all done.
A Couple of Things:
- I reserve the right to say no to returns that don't meet the above criteria.
- The original shipping cost isn't refundable.
r3pro Product Warranty - My 12-Month Promise to You
I've poured my heart into designing and creating r3pro products, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I stand behind the quality of my work, and this 12-month warranty is my way of showing you that.
My Warranty Commitment:
- 12-Month Promise: I warrant that your r3pro product will be free from any manufacturing defects for twelve (12) months from the day it arrives at your door. This covers any issues with the materials or how it was put together.
- What I'll Do: If you find a defect within that time, I'll personally take care of it by either repairing or replacing the faulty part or the entire product – at no cost to you.
- What's Not Included: Unfortunately, this warranty doesn't cover wear and tear from everyday use, accidents, any modifications you might make, or damage from improper care.
Your Satisfaction is Key:
- 30-Day Happy Guarantee: If you're not thrilled with your r3pro product, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure it's unused and in its original packaging.
Making a Warranty Claim:

- What I'll Need: I'll ask you for your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
- Checking It Out: I might need to inspect the product to confirm the issue.
